If you have purchased an experience with us please note we kindly ask for at least 5 days notice to reschedule or make changes to any experiences and appointments for any changes please contact us at the earliest opportunity on 0161 274 9084 or via email on info@curvesstudios.co.uk

Promotional Experiences from Prize draws, raffles or our VIP Campaign are subject to our promotional experience T&C's - Which can be found via your text message we sent when booking the session.

ift Vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred with prior notice to the studio on 0161 274 9084

The expiry date displayed on the Gift Vouchers is an indicator of when an appointment needs to be booked by not attended. You are welcome to book in advance of the expiry date.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions

Bookings must be made in advance with the studio on 0161 274 9084

We kindly ask for 5 days notice if you need to move an appointment, if an appointment is changed within this time a refundable deposit of £20.00 will be required for a new week day slot or £30 for a weekend slot. This will be available to refund upon completion of all appointments.

"No Show" for an appointment will forfeit the voucher and a new voucher will need to be purchased.

Promotional Experiences require a £20.00 refundable deposit for weekdays (Tue - Fri) and £30 for weekends (Sat & Sun) at the time of booking. This is taken as a small commitment from you to secure the time with your team for your chosen date and time.

This is available for refund at your Cinema Viewing session or can be used as credit towards additional products.

If you need to change a date a new deposit will need to be placed on the appointment and the previous deposit will be available as Studio credit at the viewing session.

We understand some situations are unavoidable but due to the booking systems and the demand for spaces we cannot make any exceptions.

We create each order as per our customers requests, due to the bespoke and transferable nature of our products we kindly remind all customers to make sure they are happy with their orders as once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or make amendments.

The minimum age for any of our sessions is 18.

We partner up with other voucher companies from time to time to offer special promotional offers. If you have bought your voucher from one of these third party vendors rather than direct with curves we recommend referring to the terms and conditions set out on any literature from them as there may be variations and additional terms other that ours at the studio.

We love it when ladies want to bring a friend or family member for moral support. To help us manage conjestion if you do want to bring someone along to help you in the studio we ask you limit this to 1 person.

For viewing sessions we can seat up to 3 people.

Promotional Vouchers and offers are restricted to 1 per person, per 12 months. This includes any experiences purchased from third party voucher suppliers.

Vouchers can be purchased for friends and family who are new customers as gifts.
